Susan - Patient Coordinator

Patient Coordinator 

Susan has worked with Dr. Sunseri since 1993. She graduated from Portland Community College with a dental assisting associate’s degree with high honors in 1993. What she enjoys most about her job is working with a great team and having wonderful, loyal patients. Patients always receive comfort, care, friendly environment and top notch dentistry at Sunseri Dental. 

Susan raised her two wonderful son’s in Canby for the past 20 years and just recently moved to Gladstone with her husband Paul.  Susan also enjoys golfing, cycling, skiing, gardening and being with family. 

Lavina - Patient Coordinator

Patient Coordinator 

Lavina has worked in the dental field for over 10 years. She started out studying pre-dental at Portland State University. She lived and worked in the United Kingdom as a Dental Nurse and Office Manager of a private practice, while there she received the National Dental Nursing certificate from Brooklands College of Weybridge. Once back in the US Lavina has focused primarily on patient care as a patient care coordinator. 

When Lavina is not at the office she enjoys spending time on her 4 acre farm with her husband and their dog Moana tending to their apple orchard and remodeling their century old home. 

Viengchith Christopher - Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist

Viengchith Christopher joined our team in 2006. She has been a member of the Portland community since the 1980s. She received a BS in Dental Hygiene. When Vee is not in the office treating patients she enjoys wine tasting, vacationing with her family, gardening and cooking at her home. 

When asked what she loved about her job Vee said, “I enjoy the patients I get to meet. Being able to be a part of their lives, such as, sharing moments about their children, grandchildren, adventures and listening to advice about life. Knowing my patients on a personal level helps me take care of their overall oral health.” 




Elizabeth - Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist

Elizabeth joined our team In November of 2017 as our second Hygienist. She is a native Oregonian who attended David Douglas High school and Mt Hood Community College. Elizabeth graduated from Mt Hood Community College with an associates of Dental Hygiene in 2017. While attending Mt Hood Community College she earned the HuFriedy Golden Scaler Award. 

When Elizabeth is not educating her patients about dental hygiene she enjoys singing in church choir, camping, hiking the Columbia Gorge, traveling the Oregon Coast and doing missionary work. 

When asked what she loves most about her job Elizabeth said, “I love being able to directly impact the oral health of my patients and see positive results. I am passionate about educating and empowering my patients to take charge of their oral health to keep those healthy smiles. But what I love most is being able to meet and treat some of the most amazing people.”

Jessica - Dental Assistant

Registered Dental Assistant

Jessica joined our team in November 2016 as a Dental Assistant. She received her associate’s degree in applied science and Dental Assisting and is a Registered Dental Assistant. 

She is a native Oregonian who grew up in St Helens, Oregon. When she is not in the dental office helping patients achieve their best smile she enjoys hiking, painting and spending time with her lovely husband and baby boy. 

When asked what she loves most about her job Jessica said, “Giving people their smiles back, working hands on to help with our patients overall health.” 

Keely - Dental Assistant

Certified Dental Assistant

Keely joined our team in April of 2019 as a Dental Assistant. She has a bachelor’s degree in biology from Northern Arizona University and has a dental assistant certification from Concorde Career College. 

She grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii and has lived in Oregon for 2 years. When she is not in the dental office, helping patients, she loves hiking, going to the farmers market, cooking and Yelping the best restaurants in town.  When possible her blue nose Pitbull tags along on all of her foodie adventures. 

When asked what she loves most about her job Keely said “I love meeting new people and interacting with patients one on one. I love being a contributor to their everyday smile”
